TESA Bylaws
The original the TESA Bylaws as approved at the 2010 TESA Annual General Meeting (AGM), During the 2021 TESA AGM, Amendments to these Bylaws were discussed and approved. These Amemndments were submitted to Corporate Registries, with the province of Alberta and were registered and became effective on December 22, 2021.
